Ingredients

Noodles: Foxtail Millets Flour, Whole Wheat Flour, & Salt
Masala: Pepper, Tomato Powder, Amchur Powder, Green Chili, Cardamom, Bay Leaf.

How to Prepare

  • Take a pan and add 6 cups of water. Add a suitable amount of salt and boil it.
  • Add 2 teaspoons of oil to the pan. And add said millet noodles. Boil for 2 Minutes.
  • After it cools, drain the water and add a cup of cold water, drain it.
  • Place a pan on the stove, add two chopped onions, one tomato chopped, vegetables,mix with 25 gms of ginger, garlic paste. Cook the mix for a few minutes.
  • Add the boiled said millet Noodles with the cooked vegetables and seasoning mix, coriander leaves. Toss and serve hot.
