Ingredients

Multi Millets [Foxtail(34%), Kodo(33%), Little (33%)], Spices & Condiments (4.8%), Edible (Rice Bran) Oil, Salt, Dehydrated Vegetables [Onion (2.8%), Carrot(2%), Beans (2%), Green Peas(1%)], Cashew.

How to Prepare

  • Heat 1 Tablespoon of Ghee & 1 tablespoon of oil in a pressure cooker. Add 1 chopped big onion, 1 sliced tomato and sauté for a minute. Add 1teaspoon of ginger- garlic paste and mix well. Add fresh mint leaves, coriander leaves and 75g of chopped mixed vegetables or 75g of meat, fry for 10 mins. Add 260ml of water, bring to boil. Add 150g of Millet Biryani mix and adjust salt to taste. Pressure cook on a medium flame for 3 whistles. Open the cooker after the pressure releases. Add a spoon of Ghee on top of Biryani. Serve hot.
